August 11, 2008 Hello Harry, I am surprised that you don't have TD Ameritrade in your hall of shame. These guys were as bad as any in their fraudulent sell tactics, and locked up $425K of my family's savings. They have been totally non-responsive and have refused to provide information on how their so-called "lotteries" work when redeeming funds from Nuveen (even though I've requested their redemption scheme in writing and told them FINRA required them to disclose it...nothing). They are now flying under the radar screen with no accountability and hoping that the focus will be put on the larger predators (as it has been). They have bilked millions from investors just to get their commission and have not responded ONCE. They deserve to make the list if anyone does, but whether they do or not I will continue to write anyone who will listen (including Barney and Friends).
